Maintenance Technician

Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.
Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $25 DOE
Job Duties
- Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns
- Respond to requests for maintenance services
- Change lights
- Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks
- Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- Perform Painting, including drywall, doors, and office furniture
- Perform Industrial building maintenance & repairs
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. Willing to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with contractual obligation required.
Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC certification or experience required.
