Diversified, LLC, a leading Financial Planning, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Tax and Insurance financial services firm with offices in Wilmington, DE, West Chester, PA, Wayne, PA, Birmingham, AL, Northampton, MA, Alpharetta, GA and Cape Cod, MA, seeks a Business Development Specialist to help drive client engagement with the firm. This is a hybrid role, with the office location in Alpharetta, GA

The candidate must be an accountable, motivated, self-reliant team member who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team. This person must handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, have first-class communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have diligent follow through.

POSITION SUMMARY

-           Assist Wealth Advisors in the preparation of financial plans by gathering data, analyzing client information, and generating reports

-           Help maintain client relationships by responding to client inquiries, preparing follow-up documentation, and supporting client meetings

-           Conduct research on various financial products, investment strategies, insurance options, and tax planning to support financial recommendations

-           Ensure that all client documentation is up to date, compliant, and accurately reflects financial recommendations

-           Assist Wealth Advisors in evaluating client portfolios, including asset allocation and risk tolerance

-           Generate various financial reports, projections, and summaries for use by the Financial Planner during client presentations

-           Help manage the daily operations of the Wealth Advisor team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and handling routine administrative tasks

-           Prepare and quality ensure client applications and account maintenance paperwork

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

-           1-3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.

-           Proficiency with financial planning software such as eMoney

-           Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

-           Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-           Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Desired Qualifications

-           Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry

-           Experience with tax planning, retirement planning, or estate planning

-           Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
