Assistant Manager – sneakybird
sneakybird is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support team development, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Coach and support team members to maintain high performance
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Help train and onboard new employees
- Monitor operational goals including ticket times and guest satisfaction
- Step into leadership responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Open availability, including nights and weekends as necessary
