Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Albuquerque, NM. The Project Manager will oversee occupied multifamily renovation and restoration projects throughout New Mexico, from launch through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, tracking materials and logistics, and maintaining clear communication with property managers, asset owners, and residents. The role involves conducting site walks and inspections, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and updating daily logs with accurate documentation and reporting. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field teams and leadership to keep properties livable, projects compliant, and clients informed throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities across multiple sites.
- Relevant experience in multifamily construction, renovation, or restoration, preferably in occupied properties.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and insurance restoration processes.
- Ability to travel and work on-site daily in NM, and manage field teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
