Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support client financing options and debt advisory services.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Assist in evaluating various financing structures including operating company debt, real estate financing, and construction loans.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop strategic recommendations tailored to client financial goals and market conditions.
- Monitor and interpret market trends affecting commercial lending and financing opportunities.
- Support due diligence efforts during business acquisitions, partnership buyouts, and franchise financing transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized client financial records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the assessment of risk and return associated with financing proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial analysis, preferably within commercial lending or financial consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent understanding of commercial lending products and debt financing structures.
