Diversified Electrical Technologies (DET) is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Project
Coordinator to support our commercial electrical construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Field Foremen, vendors, and subcontractors to keep multiple projects organized, on schedule, and properly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily project activities and communicate with Project Managers and Field Foremen about schedules, progress, and outstanding needs.
• Prepare purchase orders, request and compare vendor pricing, and track material deliveries, backorders, and shipment schedules.
• Follow up with vendors and field teams to address material shortages, delays, and purchasing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate permits and inspections and assist with project documentation and reporting.
• Review vendor invoices against purchase orders and assist with job costing updates.
• Attend project meetings, track action items, and proactively flag issues that could delay work.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in construction project coordination, administration, purchasing, or project support.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and material tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Commercial electrical construction or other trade subcontractor experience.
• Experience working directly with Project Managers and Field Foremen.
• Familiarity with Foundation Software, Contractor Foreman, or similar construction systems.
• Experience with job costing, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
