Description
DCI is seeking a dependable and professional Driver to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The Driver will be responsible for transporting project team members and/or materials to and from project sites, hotels, and other designated locations safely and efficiently during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a chauffeur or professional driver, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport project personnel and/or materials between job sites, hotels, airports, and other destinations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle(s).
- Follow scheduled routes or respond to ad-hoc transportation requests.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with loading/unloading equipment or luggage when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team leads or supervisors regarding scheduling or changes in plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicle(s) and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, shuttle driver, or professional driver highly preferred
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends if needed
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas roadways and local traffic patterns
- Ability to work independently and remain punctual and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must pass 10-year TSA background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of assisting with light loading/unloading tasks if needed
