Construction Project Manager:
Our Project Management Job description includes all activity from initial call to project completion. Work in a dynamic, high-quality and high-service environment.
Experience estimating and managing your own projects is required, as well as a desire to help develop and maintain client relationships with an emphasis in any of the following areas:
- TENANT IMPROVEMENT / BUILD-OUTS
- GROUND UP / NEW CONSTRUCTION
- INDUSTRIAL/WAREHOUSE
- RESTAURANT & HOSPITALITY
- MEDICAL/DENTAL
- RETAIL
Requirements:
Must be located in Mpls/St. Paul Metro area.
Commercial General Contracting experience required. Along with your resume, include a representative list of general contracted projects you have sold and managed. Please note at what stage of the project your involvement commenced.
Compensation:
