The Role
DCC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is suited for either an early-career candidate ready to learn commercial construction or someone with existing construction experience looking for greater responsibility and a path toward project management or estimating.
You will work directly with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, vendors, General Contractors, and field teams while developing experience across project setup, submittals, procurement, material coordination, change management, and closeout.
As your knowledge and judgment grow, so will your responsibility.

- Assist with documentation and quantity takeoffs related to project changes as your experience develops.
- Gather O&M manuals, warranties, and required closeout documentation.
