We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to support our team, manage daily office operations, and ensure a professional experience for clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone system, emails, and general office inquiries.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor management, and office upkeep.
- Assist leadership and staff with monthly reporting and project support.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in office administration, reception, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
