We’re seeking an experienced Vice President of New Business Development to join our executive team and lead the company’s growth strategy across the U.S.

Position Overview
The Vice President of New Business Development will drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. This executive leader will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and RFP response to contract negotiation and client onboarding—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s commercial and strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Secure new clients through direct engagement, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and respond to RFPs, proposals, and presentations
  • Build brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing efforts
  • Partner with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Represent Diversified at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales leadership
  • Background in receivables management, fintech, or B2B professional services preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • High integrity, results-driven, and collaborative leadership style
