Diverse Tech Services is searching for a proven Strategic Accounts Manager ready to lead new client acquisition and account expansion for a rapidly growing IT solutions provider. If you're a dynamic sales closer with experience in technical services and want to be part of a purpose-driven, EOS-run organization, we want to meet you.About the Opportunity:

  • Lead sales for Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, VOIP, and Compliance Solutions
  • Manage and mentor a junior sales team member
  • Build strong client partnerships and drive satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate and close quality leads
  • Represent Diverse Tech Services at meetings, events, and client sessions

What You Bring:

  • 7 years of B2B sales experience (IT/technical services preferred)
  • Strong closing skills and account management expertise
  • Leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Familiarity with EOS and GWC principles is a plus
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • A "get it, want it, capacity" mindset
