IT Support & Automation Engineer | Microsoft 365, Intune, PowerShell and Applied AI
Diverse Tech Services, Inc. is hiring an IT Support & Automation Engineer who can combine Tier 2 ownership with safe, practical improvement. The right person can troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, identity, networking, security, and backup issues, then turn recurring work into reliable PowerShell, RMM, PSA, or workflow improvements.
Can you resolve the issue? Understand the cause? Make the next occurrence easier to handle or prevent? If you can solve real support problems and turn repeatable work into safer scripts, workflows, runbooks, and service improvements, we want to talk to you. We value sound judgment over tool buzzwords. You should be able to explain how you tested, protected permissions, handled failure, documented rollback, verified the outcome, and used AI without exposing client information or accepting unsupported output.

What you will own: Tier 2 ticket resolution; Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows troubleshooting; client communication; security-aware administration; PowerShell and RMM improvements; documented testing and rollback; responsible use of approved AI; and reusable team knowledge.
What success looks like: Clients know what is happening, tickets include evidence, service restoration is verified, security controls are not weakened, and the team gains dependable automation or documentation from recurring work.
What you bring: Independent ownership of common Tier 2 issues; Microsoft 365 and endpoint fundamentals; safe scripting judgment; managed-services discipline; and examples of a script, workflow, runbook, lab, or AI-assisted support process you can explain in detail. Certifications are valued but are not substitutes for capability. Microsoft 365 Dynamics experience is a plus.
