What You'll Do:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with independent retailers throughout West Texas
- Manage and grow an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities
- Introduce retailers to exciting new products, brands, and emerging trends
- Work closely with our vendor partners and internal support teams
- Help retailers discover products that drive traffic, excitement, and sales
- Stay on top of consumer trends and retail opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent follow-through and communication

Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales, retail, customer success, account management, or related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel throughout the territory and attend industry events
- Must reside within the West Texas territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
