What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst position at Diverse Lynx?
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to capture and document existing billing processes, as well as design and implement new ones in SAP ISU. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Capture As-Is process details of existing billing rates, payments, and collections functionalities in legacy CIS and integrated systems.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders from billing operations, collections, bill presentment, and other relevant teams to gather To-Be process/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process diagrams, and bill mockups as needed.
- Collaborate closely with SAP ISU functional analysts and the development team to break down BRDs into functional designs and user stories.
- Work with the UAT testing team to create functional test cases for execution in SAP ISU.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple rates and bill processes concurrently.
- Provide a big-picture view and propose improvements to existing processes and designs.
Additional Details:
The selected individual will contribute to Utility Billing and Invoicing projects in SAP ISU, focusing on AS-IS/To-BE process mapping, Business Requirements Documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
