Assignment Information
  • Start Date: December 22, 2025
  • End Date: February 21, 2026
  • Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Schedule: 5 days/week
  • Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Nights)
  • Hours Per Week: 37.5
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  • Holidays: Facility holidays are not observed for contracted staff
🧠 Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced patient care setting
  • Ability to assist nurses, support patient care, and perform clinical tasks


🎓 Education & Certifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Completed NYS-approved Phlebotomy training program

✔ Trained in EKG performance procedures

✔ CPR Certification required (AHA preferred)


🩺 Key Responsibilities
  • Take vital signs, obtain specimens, record data in charts
  • Assist with patient prep and examinations
  • Perform venipuncture, urinalysis, EKGs, and basic first aid
  • Support L&D medical staff and escort patients within the facility
  • Maintain inventory, clean exam rooms, and follow infection control standards
