Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC 20016
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources (Required)
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
• Proven success sourcing candidates for healthcare positions
• Strong communication skills across diverse applicant groups
• Experience delivering recruitment recommendations to management
• Knowledge of employment laws within the Washington Metro Region
• ATS experience required — iCIMS strongly preferred
• Advanced HRIS experience; Workday preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
