THIS POSITION REQUIRES IN-PERSON SERVICE DELIVERY
Established mental health facility looking for Qualified Professional for Day Treatment and Intensive In-home services.
The Day Treatment and Intensive In-Home QP is responsible for providing face-to-face services as defined by the NC Division of MH/DD/SAS and NC Division of Medical Assistance. Services require therapeutic interventions necessary in achieving and maintaining goals important to the family and/or other caregivers and are intended to stabilize the youth's academic and home environments to prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources. The Qualified Professional provides interventions under the clinical supervision of the respective Team Lead.
Job functions-facilitate the consumer admission process, collaborate with Clinician and family to complete initial authorization paperwork, direct service delivery upon authorization, coordinate with DT team, comply with agency standards.
Bachelor's degree in human service field and two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sas experience with population served or bachelor's degree in any field and four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sas experience with population served.
