We partner with a wide range of vendors to help bring their products to market and drive growth at major retailers — with Walmart being a key focus. Our Bentonville, AR office continues to see strong momentum, and we’re looking to grow our team with driven, relationship-focused professionals. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Sales and Replenishment Analyst to support our Walmart business in Bentonville, AR. This is a high-impact role focused on forecasting, inventory flow, and supply chain execution within the toy industry.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales and Replenishment Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth inventory flow and strong in-stock performance for our vendor partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Own forecasting and replenishment strategy for Walmart accounts
• Partner directly with Walmart Replenishment Managers to maintain accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels
• Analyze POS data, inventory trends, and seasonal demand patterns to drive proactive decision-making
• Collaborate with multiple domestic and import vendors to ensure timely production and shipment flow
• Monitor inbound supply chain timelines, especially for imported goods, to mitigate risk and avoid disruptions
• Identify risks and opportunities related to out-of-stocks, overstocks, and lead time challenges
• Support item setup, modular transitions, and promotional execution
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with merchants, replenishment managers, suppliers, and internal sales teams
• Manage multiple accounts and timelines with strong organization and prioritization

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience working with Walmart in a replenishment or supply chain role
• Strong understanding of Walmart systems, forecasting processes, and inventory management
• Experience managing import timelines and overseas production flow preferred
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Experience in the toy or seasonal consumer goods industry is a strong plus.
