We are actively searching for a Dental Recruiter who will provide hands-on support with sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and hiring.
As a Dental Recruiter, you will:
- Coordinate and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
- Develop a pipeline of ready-now talent to reduce time to fill
- Partner and collaborate with department hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role(s), industry standards, and organizational needs
- Manage internal and external job posting and advertisement processes
- Pre-qualify candidates by screening applications and conducting initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assist with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the hiring manager, VP of Operations, and HR Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Min of 3 years of dental recruiting experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be able to facilitate and coordinate recruiting process for high-volume of open positions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Paylocity ATS
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy
- Must be an out-of-the-box thinker who understands the competitive nature of the dental industry
- Provide solutions to differentiate a fast-growing business within the marketplace
