Duties

- Ensure all food handling and preparation activities comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow dietary department guidelines when preparing meals for specific dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Qualifications
