Overview
Ditto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account & Production Project Coordinator to oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role serves as the central point of contact for assigned clients while coordinating internally across production, development, creative, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects from initiation through completion using Jira to track tasks, issues, and schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate print, promotional, and digital production workflows across teams
• Create and manage orders, maintain project documentation, and update client information using DASH
• Provide weekly project updates and communicate timelines, status changes, and deliverables
• Capture detailed project requirements and ensure accurate costing and estimating
• Proactively identify and resolve client or technical issues
• Prepare and optimize electronic files for digital print, email marketing, and web-based campaigns
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout production workflows
• Support production operations including digital print, large format, bindery, finishing, shipping, and receiving as needed
• Use SAGE to source promotional products, generate quotes, create purchase orders, and track projects
• Assist with branded merchandise storefront setup and maintenance using MOQ1
• Maintain vendor relationships and support client growth initiatives through excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in print production, promotional products, project coordination, or client delivery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, flexibility, and a solutions-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Jira, DASH, SAGE, and MOQ1 is preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, XMPIE, Enfocus PitStop Pro, Quite Imposing, or Bulk Mailer is a plus
• Understanding of USPS mailing standards and direct mail regulations is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 75 pounds
