Ditsch is a global bakery brand known for authentic German pretzels and baked snacks. Were expanding in the U.S. and opening a new location inside Jungle Jims Eastgate in January!
Position Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Lead Pretzel Pro to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, food service experience, and a passion for quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance
- Maintain food safety and brand standards
- Manage scheduling and inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of food service or retail management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends
- ServSafe certification a plus
