PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/BOOKEEPER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Small Landscape Design/Build company is seeking an office administrator who is efficient in bookkeeping (quick books). Job includes but not limited to:
Invoicing ,balance bank account, pay bills, answer phone and emails, scheduling appointments for sales staff, organizing office, filing, data entry, inputting proposals and invoices in WORD, communication with company accountant, insurance associates, 401K company and payroll company. Also includes compiling weekly time cards for payroll, breakdown of daily job work sheets and maintaining customer files.
- This is an in office job that requires pleasant phone skills, computer skills & organizational skills. Good pay to be compatible with knowledge and experience. Fun and relaxed office environment
