About the Role
DiThurma Wilmington is seeking a North Carolina Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about wellness, recovery, longevity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines client education, body contouring, wellness operations, sales, and studio management in a luxury wellness environment.
In addition to base pay, there is also commission for cryoslimming and esthetic services. This is a contracted position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, check in/out, and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct tours of the wellness studio and educate prospective members
- Operate cryoslimming equipment after company training
- Perform body composition assessments, circumference measurements, and standardized progress photos with client consent
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Answer wellness and equipment questions within company protocols
- Schedule wellness consultations with the pharmacist
- Promote memberships, packages, and wellness services
- Create social media posts and content and work with influencers to co-promote
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
- Effectively use booking software, scheduling systems, and create brochures in Canva
- Clean, sanitize, and operate saunas, red light equipment, cryoslimming devices, compression systems, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory
Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Esthetician License
- Customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Weekend availability
- Professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Health Coach Certification or willingness to obtain one provided by company
- Experience with body composition assessments and body measurements
- Sales or membership experience
- Experience with Canva and social media
- Passion for wellness, recovery, and longevity and helping others achieve their best
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
