We're building something at Ditch, and we need someone who gets it.
We're looking for a UGC Talent Scout to help us grow our creator roster. This isn't about blasting DMs to anyone with a following — it's about finding the right people. Creators who naturally align with who Ditch is, what we stand for, and how we show up.
What you'll do:
- Actively scout and source UGC creators across platforms
- Vet prospects based on content quality, aesthetic alignment, and authenticity — not just numbers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential creators for our growing roster
- Be the first filter — you know what fits Ditch and what doesn't
Who you are:
- You're deeply plugged into creator culture and current content trends
- You have a sharp eye — you can look at a post and quickly identify what's working and why
- You understand brand identity and can assess fit beyond surface level
- You're organized, self-directed, and can work independently
- Bonus if you're already familiar with Ditch
