Compensation / Total Rewards Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Compensation / Total Rewards Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of compensation programs across the organization. You’ll be the expert who shapes salary structures, manages performance-based reward systems, and drives compensation decisions that help attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This role is hands-on, strategic, and critical for scaling a fair and competitive compensation framework.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and administration of base pay, incentive, bonus, and commission programs.
- Analyze market trends and salary data to ensure pay is competitive and aligned with business goals.
- Own annual performance review, merit increase, and incentive processes.
- Advise leadership and Talent/HR partners on compensation recommendations and decisions.
- Maintain job architecture, including job leveling, evaluation, and titling.
- Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation surveys.
- Work with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation data and reporting (Oracle experience preferred).
- Manage confidential compensation projects, including executive comp and M&A support.
- Develop compensation policies, guidelines, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor compensation team members.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, HR Management, Business, or related field.
- 8 years’ experience in compensation/total rewards, including at least 4 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Deep knowledge of incentive design, pay-for-performance programs, and compensation structure development.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
- Experience working with HCM systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Solid understanding of legal and compliance standards related to compensation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change.
