We are currently seeking a Graphics Installation Coordinator.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Distribute, receive, and maintain installers’ business and risk documentation defined in our General Terms and Conditions.
- Certificate of insurance, W-9, Installer Setup Form, ACH
- Certificate of insurance renewal is an annual recurrence; all additional onboarding documentation is a one-time setup unless changes are made within the installers business
- Support the sales process by submitting RFQ work scope packages to installers for prospective work opportunities and entering overflow orders in support of the Acct. Mgmt. Team.
- Investigate and discover prospective and/or onboarded installers in specific geographic areas
- Communicate preliminary work scope packages (RFQ’s) to installers to solicit quotes in support of Distyll’s commercial offerings to customers
- Enter orders for production at the direction of the Acct. Mgmt. Team
- Select and advocate for the appropriate installers to support project needs, assign work, and distribute and manage work order packages.
- Create and distribute the following for work order packages:
- Final RFQ to confirmation of scope and installer quote
- Work instructions and installation diagrams
- Purchase orders
- Create and distribute the following for work order packages:
- Proactively communicate with installers about project status, milestones, and other planned activities
- Coordinate installation appointments and graphics deliveries between customers, installers, and Distyll
- Provide proactive communication to project stakeholders for:
- Execution activities; confirmed scheduled work, schedule slippage, work completion
- Potential scheduling, profitability, and/or customer/installer relationship risks
- Log completion of work and change active status of work items in the respective systems
- Manage the receipt of work order packages and ensure work completion is in alignment with Distyll quality standards.
- Receive and catalog completion photos from installers
- Receive invoices from installers and reconcile purchase orders for payment with AP

Education & Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in project / program management preferred
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills is required
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
