- Responsible for accurately picking and kitting materials according to work orders.
- Read and interpret work orders and lists to pick components required for production.
- Organize and label kits clearly according to procedures, including proper ESD protection and moisture-sensitive device guidelines.
- Return unused or excess materials to stock.
- Perform inventory transactions in the ERP software system during picking, kitting and return to stock.
- Support production by delivering materials to the floor.
- Identify and report any material shortages, discrepancies, revisions errors, or quality issues.
- Assist with shipping/receiving when needed and prepare materials for supplier returns or RMA processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized and ESD-safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and ITAR/ISO procedures.
- Requires accuracy and accountability with inventory records.
- Ability to work independently and part as a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Good reading comprehension and numerical skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
- Required use of ESD foot straps.
- Moderate noise levels and a temperature-controlled environment.
- Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions are required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or kitting role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and follow verbal instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience using barcode scanners and inventory control systems.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
