Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home/business inspections for water, fire, mold, or restoration needs
- Build rapport and clearly explain the restoration process, including insurance steps when applicable
- Prepare accurate estimates using company software/apps including field documentation
- Present services, follow up on leads, deliver quotes, and close projects while meeting targets
- Maintain CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
- Proven sales background
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a valid driver’s license
