Job
Description~
As
an
Armed
Security
Professional
at
Extrity
Services,
you
will
be
crucial
in
ensuring
the
safety
and
security
of
our
clients

their
premises.
Under
the
guidance
of
the
Site
Supervisor,
Field
Supervisor,
and/or
Regional
Manager,
you
will
implement
security
protocols,
monitor
activities,
and
respond
to
incidents
with
professionalism
and
attention
to
detail.
Your
role
is

You'll
Be
Doing~
Perform
patrols
and
security
checks
focusing
on
intrusion
prevention.
Monitor
entrances
and
exits,
screen
for
prohibited
items,
and
ensure
overall
security.
Respond
to
alarms
and
incidents
with
appropriate
actions
based
on
situation
assessments.
Comply
with
Tennessee's
armed
security
laws,
maintaining
high
standards
of
operation.
Employ
de-escalation
techniques
to
manage
conflicts,
prioritizing
non-confrontational
resolutions,
especially
in
nightlife
settings.
Collaborate
with
law
enforcement
and
emergency
services
when
necessary,
providing

and
