Business Analyst ( IT Operations)
Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing, customer-focused team. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Work directly with customers to present solutions, provide updates, and communicate recommendations.
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Generate and analyze operational reports and dashboards.
- Leverage AI tools to improve IT Operations and business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.
- Experience with SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in IT Operations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Python, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft 365 technologies.
