What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse Substitute position at Districtwide?
POSITION TITLE: School Nurse
SALARY:
Per Contract
KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed RN, 2 years of acute care experience.
Must have current heath care provider CPR certificate - At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Master degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessment, triage, and treatment of acute illness, injury, and emergencies.Medication administration.
- Communications with parents,faculty/staff, and healthcare providers as needed
