What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIAN position at DISTRICTWIDE SERVICES?
Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient, and professional manner:
The Custodian will:
- Follow a schedule in the performance of custodial duties required to maintain assigned rooms, equipment, building and adjacent areas in a clean, orderly and secure manner.
- To do special cleaning and building maintenance periodically.
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks during periods of student recess.
- To do related work as required.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; no experience required but some previous custodial or janitorial work is desirable or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Possession of a valid California Driver's license and the ability to qualify for District vehicle insurance coverage.
