SPECIAL EDUCATION: EXTENSIVE SUPPORT NEEDS TEACHER - 2026-2027 HIRING POOL

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a TK-8 district in North San Diego County. The District is recruiting Special Education Extensive Support Needs Teachers for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Applicants must have or obtain a California Education Specialist Teaching Credential with Extensive Support Needs (or equivalent) credential, Autism, and CLAD/English Learner authorizations before July 2026. If you are currently in a credential program and do not have a credential issued at the time of your application, you must submit a letter from the university stating you are on track to complete the specific credential program by an anticipated date. If you are applying for a California credential and have an equivalent credential from out-of-state, you must attach a copy of your current state credential(s)/license(s).

DETAILS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION EXTENSIVE SUPPORT NEEDS TEACHER 2026 - 2027 HIRING POOL:

• WORK SCHEDULE:  7.0 hours/day

• REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Possess a California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Extensive Support Needs, Autism (or equivalent), and CLAD/English Learner Authorizations. Out-of-state applicants must hold a valid credential/license and obtain the appropriate California credential.         - Letter of introduction addressed to Kimberly Huesing, Assistant Superintendent, H.R. 

        - Resume

        - Three (3) letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and at least one from a direct supervisor)

        - Copy of credential or letter from the university stating anticipated credential type and issuance date

        - Copies of transcripts reflecting degree/major and any postgraduate coursework (if you have multiple sets of transcripts, combine them all into one PDF file and upload)
