Franklin Township is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director who is passionate about student success, athletic excellence, and supporting safe, high-quality sports experiences.
DESCRIPTION/ DUTIES
- Support the Athletic Director in leading, planning, and coordinating district athletic programs.

Assist with supervision and evaluation of staff and help implement strong curricular and program practices.

Manage budgets, equipment, inventories, and purchasing within the athletics department.

Build positive relationships with students, families, coaches, and the community.

Oversee middle school athletic scheduling, eligibility, transportation, facilities, and event operations.

Support compliance with district, state, and NJSIAA policies and procedures.

Attend athletic events, Board meetings, and department activities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of athletic program operations, student development, and best practices in education.
