What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tutor- District Wide position at District Wide?
MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF EDUCATION SHOWING GRADUATION FROM HIGH SCHOOL
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To lead student study groups using methodologies required by the after
school program. This program is designed to provide academic
enrichment for students.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification
High school diploma
Special Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in all subjects including math, reading, and writing.
The ability to work effectively and harmoniously with students and
school personnel.
Able to follow written and/or oral directions and to exercise good
judgement.
Utilize effective verbal and written communications skills as well as a
high degree of literacy and higher order thinking skills.
Work Conditions
Possess acute and/or corrected visual and hearing capabilities.
Must have ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Must possess the manual dexterity and physical capabilities to
perform all jobs requirements.
Minimum Experience
Experience of having worked with elementary and/or secondary
students is preferred.
Salary : $10 - $20
