What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Nurse position at District Wide?
Substitute Nurse - Huron School District
Qualificiations/Duties include but are not limited to:
assessing illnesses/injuries
communication with parents/teachers if necessary
passing medications
daily care of students which may include tube feeding, diabetic care, ACE flush, tracheostomy care as needed - care may include artificial ventilation
computer use to look up student information
IV monitoring may be needed infrequently
coordinating care with principal and admin assistant when needed
