Job Title: Shipping/Receiving
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Supervises: None
Employment Status: Fulltime; 12-months
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Dependability: Must be able to attend normal work schedule not including scheduled time off. Must be able to work extended hours and/or additional das as required and/or directed.
- Skills: Forklift certified or eligible; ability to perform basic mathematical operations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must perform mathematical operations using units of measure such as each, case, ream, box, pint, quart, gallon, foot, etc. Able to read labels, instruction sheets, training manuals, etc.
- Must have clean driving record and valid Oklahoma operators license.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lifts, stores, loads, and transports materials, catering supplies, equipment by hand or using industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and two-wheeled dollies. Completes deliveries and pick-ups in a timely manner. Performs all duties efficiently and within established warehouse schedules and timelines.
- Accepts and verifies incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
- Fills requests for warehoused materials and supplies on work orders promptly and accurately following established procedures. Works quickly and efficiently to pull all orders in a timely manner.
- Completes appropriate paperwork accurately on receipt, issue, inventory, movement, and storage of all materials and supplies.
- Assists with assuring that all chemicals received, stored, and shipped from the warehouse are properly packaged and labeled.
- Helps maintain location and identification system for warehouse inventory; reports problems or updated to warehouse lead. Assists with physical inventory duties of warehouse supplies and materials as directed.
- Assures that security and cleanliness of warehouse is maintained at all times. Keeps warehouse lead informed of any and all information pertaining to the operations or needs of the warehouse facility.
- Follows all safety procedures and practices set forth by the district.

Must be able to receive and appropriately respond to directions from supervisor. Environmental Conditions:
- Exposure to dust, chemicals, and chemical fumes.
- Some expose to extreme environmental conditions.
- Expose to sub-zero temperatures while work in the freezer, including rapid changes from sub-zero temperatures to extremely warm temperatures in a warehouse environment.
Physical Standards:
- Ability to lift and manipulate object objects up to 100 lbs. for 50 feet is required
- Standing in place for extended periods of time
