Silver Falls School District is seeking a collaborative and experienced leader to serve as our Director of Special Services. This role is key to supporting students with diverse needs while leading and strengthening special education and federal programs across the district.
In this position, you’ll oversee special education services (K–21), ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, support staff development, and work closely with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to meet student needs.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in special education, proven leadership experience, and a passion for supporting students and staff.
Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree and at least 4 years of teaching experience (including special education)
- Valid administrative license with appropriate endorsement
- Experience in school or district-level leadership
