students to achieve their full potential. The Success Coach will be an integral part of the
ELEVATE GEAR UP team, working closely with students, educators, families, and community
organizations to ensure equitable access to post-secondary opportunities.
A minimum of 60 college credit hours, with a background in education, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
