Molalla River School District is currently accepting applications for Classified Substitute Custodians.
Molalla River Schools are committed to maintaining, improving, and upgrading all facilities and equipment to ensure safe, accessible, and engaging student environments. Are you interested in helping us meet this goal by covering for our custodial staff during short-term absences? You can work as much or as little as you like. Many assignments are 1 to 2 evenings while others can last up to a week or more. You choose the buildings you wish to support and the days/hours you wish to work. If you're looking for extra income outside your day time job, you can also elect to work part-time in the evening.
Molalla River Schools' substitute custodians are committed to helping provide our students' access to a clean and safe environment each and every day in their classrooms and schools. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the school (i.e. classrooms, halls, offices, restrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, gymnasium, etc.) by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, wiping down surfaces, and removing debris outside around the perimeter of the building. You may also be called upon, when subbing in the evening, to greet and direct visitors who have rented facilities for extra curricular activities such as parent meetings, sporting practices and events and then to secure the building upon your departure.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, BONDING, AND/OR TESTING REQUIRED:
