District Photo is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Arizona print-production facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. - Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse associates to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to support production schedules and shipping deadlines
- Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and proper material handling
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards
- Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams to resolve issues quickly
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Assist with onboarding and coaching of new hires
- Enforce attendance, performance, and conduct expectations consistently
