The Central Office Secretary is a vital and supportive member of the PCSD team, working collaboratively with educators, support staff, and administration to achieve the shared goal of ensuring all students receive the education they need to succeed both today and tomorrow. This role is performed within a school environment, overseen by the school principal, where teamwork and dedication to student success are paramount.

Primary Function: Ability to perform a wide variety of clerical and secretary duties to relieve supervisor of administration and clerical detail. Knowledge of record-keeping and filing techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with school and district staff members as well as outside vendors. Knowledge of methods of collecting and organizing data and information. Assists with grant related documentation. Assure compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations including federal regulations. Prepare purchase orders and budget transfers. Maintain Journal Entry Book for Department. |
