Specialized experience is defined as demonstrating the ability to provide guidance to others; supporting attorneys; preparing and processing a variety of technical legal documents which are characteristically voluminous and complex in format (e.g. pleadings, stipulations, motions, briefs, affidavits, complaints, orders and subpoenas); obtaining information from files; conducting factual and legal research and providing requested information to attorneys; aiding in the preparation and organization of evidence for use in trial.
To be qualified, you must type at least 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors. (A typing test may later be required.)

- Ensures that the work assignments of the team are carried out by performing a range of duties.
- Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow and assures timely accomplishment of the assignments.
- Monitors the status and progress of work and makes day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
- Maintains current knowledge of regulations, laws and court rules applicable to civil litigation.
- Provides a variety of direct legal support to one or more AUSAs.
- Prepares a wide variety of legal documents, many of which are voluminous and complex in format.

Qualifications:
