Pay Rate: $26/hour

We are seeking motivated full-time applicants for outdoor Pressure Washing and Custodial work. This is a hands-on position focused on cleanliness, maintenance, and the beautification of public spaces such as sidewalks, accessways, and community areas. Our ideal candidate takes pride in creating welcoming, well-maintained environments that reflect positively on the surrounding neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a company truck with trailer to transport and set up pressure-washing equipment at assigned work zones
• Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, alleys, and public areas
• Remove litter, cigarette butts, graffiti, and unauthorized posters from public infrastructure
• Support beautification efforts by maintaining clean, attractive, and inviting streetscapes
• Stay alert to surroundings while on patrol; promptly report undesirable or illegal activity to law enforcement and provide clear, accurate descriptions when needed
• Interact professionally with the public, offering assistance, directions, and city information
• Complete written reports on daily tasks, broken infrastructure, and graffiti on private property
• Uphold a positive and professional environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience driving with a trailer (required)
• Clean and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule with reliable availability on weekdays and weekends
• Ability to walk and work outdoors throughout an 8-hour shift in all weather conditions (protective gear provided)
• Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail
