Seeking an (ARMED) SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER Supervisor with supervisor experience and a strong ability to lead. This is not an entry level supervisor position, please read all expectations and qualifications below.

MUST HAVE VALID EXPOSED FIREARM PERMIT AND VALID CA GUARD CARD
MUST BE ABLE TO DE-ESCALATE PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS
MUST BE ABLE TO WALK FOR 8-10 HOURS A DAY
MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS OF RECENT FULL TIME SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS OF RECENT FULL TIME ARMED SECURITY EXPERIENCE
Security Team Supervision:
Supervise and lead a team of security guards assigned to the school.
Assign duties, establish work schedules, and provide guidance to security personnel.
Conduct regular evaluations and training.
Security Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement security plans, protocols, and procedures specific to the school's needs.
Collaborate with school administrators and our company's management to ensure security measures align with the school's objectives.
Security Protocols and Compliance:
Ensure that all security personnel adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and relevant laws.
Conduct regular reviews to verify compliance with security standards.
Incident Management:
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary and maintain incident reports.
Client Liaison:
Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, staff, and parents.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Training and Development:
Organize and facilitate training programs for security personnel, focusing on security best practices and emergency response.
Ensure that security staff is up-to-date with required certifications and training.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, activities, and personnel.
Generate regular security reports and communicate findings to company management.
Additional Information:
- This position may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate school schedules and security needs.
- The Security Guard Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager of our private security company.
