District at Home is growing in the Triad region and is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our expanding home care team. Our agency provides supportive in home care that helps adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent where they live.

Responsibilities
Provide maximum assist for personal care including bathing and grooming
Assist with dressing and toileting
Support light meal preparation and basic household tasks
Provide safe mobility assistance and standby support
Offer companionship and maintain a calm and structured daily routine
Observe and report changes in client condition
Complete accurate visit documentation in CareTime after each shift
Protect client information and follow all HIPAA privacy requirements
Provide safe and respectful care for clients who may have memory loss or chronic health conditions
Maintain a safe environment in the home at all times
Qualifications
Active North Carolina CNA certification
2 years experience in home care or facility care
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a compassionate caregiving style
Ability to follow a care plan and complete accurate notes
Comfort assisting adults with mobility and transfers
CPR certification preferred
Dependable and punctual work habits
Schedule
This position is flexible and hours can range from 20-40 hours a week.
Final schedule is set with the client during onboarding.
Pay
Competitive at 16 dollars per hour
