What are the responsibilities and job description for the SIS Administrator position at District Administration Office?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of state and federal required eSchool data
- Evaluate and train staff regarding the use of eSchool and Powerschool
- Communicate with district and building level administration regarding issues and needed staff training
- Create district reports requiring data generated from eSchool
- Point of contact for eSchool related information and questions
- Extract eSchool data needed by district personnel
- Responsible for all aspects of Cycle submissions (Cycles 2-7)
- Assist district staff with setup, and screening of their individual building data
- Attend all mandated state eSchool training
- Assist with Standards and Accreditation issues
- Supervise all buildings’ course catalogs and master schedules
- Review and maintain security access for all district employees
- Manage, maintain and support on-line student registration
- Point of contact for on-line student registration
- Additional responsibilities to be determined
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma (Some college hours preferred)
- Experience working with eSchool software
- Experience with on-line registration software
- Experience with state cycle reporting and submission
- Experience in planning and leading training
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Clean background check
- Ability to operate office equipment such as a computer, printer, fax machine, and telephone

Reports to: Deputy/Assistant Superintendent
Contract: A full contract for this position is 240 days. The 2025-2026 contract will be prorated based on days worked.
Salary : $55,987 - $64,896
