We are a 40,000 square foot family entertainment center offering unique entertainment such as Axe Throwing, Bowling, Laser Tag, XD Theatre, Ropes Course, Escape Rooms, and more! We offer a full service restaurant with delicious culinary options and large bar featuring unique and rare bourbons.
The manager’s overall role:
- Recruitment and Retention
- Onboarding, Training and Development of Staff
- Supervision and Leadership
- Schedules
- Sales, Performance, and Other Reporting
- Inventory
- Sales Growth
- Development and Implementation of Specials & Features
- Guest Service
- Quality of Operations
- Cleanliness of Facilities
- Adherence to Safety Protocols
At least 2 years comparable or similar responsibility in a full service restaurant management role required.
